With her roots in a farming community in Central California, Jamie began her career in Monterey County government while still in high school. She advanced into construction management and eventually was a co owner of a plumbing & heating business in Southern Colorado, where she raised two sons.
Visiting family in North Idaho since the 80s, she always wanted to live here “someday,” that day came in 2006. After making the jump, she began working in education and obtained a secondary social science teaching credential along with her bachelor’s degree. She worked at Timberlake high school until 2012. While there, she served on the board of various youth sports organizations and the Cub Scouts. At Timberlake, she started a school recycle/reuse program to provide school supplies to students that needed them. She has also enjoyed teaching Sunday school.
Currently, Jamie is involved in the Coeur d’Alene Chamber of Commerce and works for Stifel Investments in Marketing and Client Services. Jamie is enthusiastic to serve on the Board for Habitat for Humanity and eager to be a part of the wonderful contributions they bring to our community.

After moving to Coeur d’Alene from south Texas in the late 1990s, Jerri began volunteer work with office manager Deb Fisher at Trinity Lutheran Church in Coeur d’ Alene where she had lots to learn and, patiently answered many calls. After a few years, the office moved to the new Builders Supply location on E. Seltice where Mariann Bethke, Pat Iverson and Jerri continued to be office volunteers. She moved with Builders Supply to the present location, and continues to help in the office. Over the years Jerri has had the rewarding experience of being a Family Partner to three families as they worked to have a home of their own. She also learned to shingle a shed, mud drywall, put siding and trim on a house, among other things. Jerri feels that becoming a board member has given her the opportunity to learn another facet of our affiliate. By volunteering, she has met and worked with some of the nicest and most dedicated people.

Six years ago, Barbara retired to Hayden with her husband. After researching retirement communities around the country, they found the perfect place here in North Idaho. She enjoys all of the opportunities for outdoor hiking and exploring the beauty of Idaho.
Barbara earned her Bachelor of Science and Masters of Professional Accountancy degrees at the University of Utah. She worked as the Chief Financial Officer/Director of Finance for several non-profit and religious organizations throughout her 40 year career.
Looking for a non-profit in her community that she could help with her education and expertise led her to Habitat for Humanity of North Idaho.
Barbara is excited and honored to being able to serve as a Board member.
